Not only is the home page title missing, any page I set as the default loses its title. And the original default page title does not display AND the new default page's title is missing once I set it back.

This is mind boggling. I have emptied the cache and the views cache. I cannot even figure out where the group page title is generated to see why it is missing!

This some distateful code in the D5 menu system. My best recommendation is to upgrade to 6. If someone shows up with a good patch for 5 though, I will take it.
