vocabindex 6.x-2.0-rc1

This is the first Release Candidate of Vocabulary Index 2. No new features will be added from now on. From this RC to the actual 2.0 release we will only finetune the module, which means improving existing features and fix bugs.

The following changelog gives an overview of the more important changes since 6.x-2.0-beta1, like bug fixes and added features. Minor changes, such as updated comments, will not be shown. For a full changelog since Vocabulary Index 1, please see the 6.x-2.x-dev release notes.
