vocabindex_pager_alphabetical.tpl.php missing

When i click on my vocabulary index page I obtain this warning:

* warning: include(./sites/all/modules/vocabindex/theme/vocabindex_pager_alphabetical.tpl.php) [function.include]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in E:\server\drupal\includes\theme.inc on line 971.

* warning: include() [function.include]: Failed opening './sites/all/modules/vocabindex/theme/vocabindex_pager_alphabetical.tpl.php' for inclusion (include_path='.;C:\php5\pear') in E:\server\drupal\includes\theme.inc on line 971.

I made a rapid check and i noticed that there isn't a "vocabindex_pager_alphabetical.tpl.php" file in the RC1 package.
