help me decide if this is the right CMS

I have a site up, but it is still in the works. I have a couple of questions that I hope people can answer here. So far I think this is the right way to go, but not quite sure.

Here is what I want from my site.
I want to make a community site for both industry people, and the consumers, and hobbyist to get together and build relationship and discuss everything that is going on in the industry.

I would also like to create user groups, so people can create user groups depending on their region. And they have control of content related to their group. I would like to have a review site on products that are available within this industry.

I would also like a myspace, facebook type of site for each individual user so they can have a dedicated site for what ever they wish, and a blog for each user.

Eventually will have a store, but not yet.

I have forum up already using phpbb, and the contributed module to integrate it.

So I guess in summary:
*individual blog for users
*myspace type site for individual users
*usergroups and usergroup sites for different regional groups

I have 5.x running, but would upgrading to six be worth it for what I want to do? I understand OGs dont work with 6.
