Great release, I believe it fixed my permissions problem, but I'm seeing that any authenticated user is able to edit an album's outline. Does anyone else see this when looking at an album that's not yours?

You can allow a person to edit the album, but he can not be delete.
Authority to control the need for further testing, or there are many unknown error waiting to be discovered.
