Could we somehow work something into the Drupal 6 theme guide - perhaps a new node - with links to "How To" tutorials on converting themes to Drupal? There's some good info in the docs but it's are buried down in "Beyond the basics" and I think noobs just don't know to look there - such as http://drupal.org/node/313510

There's also some really great guides and tutorials on drupaldojo and a few other sites I would think are worth linking to. Would save us a bit of work in the forums.

BTW - I'm on the docs team so I can write and maintain the page, just looking for some feedback about where to put it.
