Hi,

CivicActions is reviewing and upgrading multiple modules for use on client sites. Attached you will find a patch based on a internationalization standards review with the coder module. There is a missing get_t() call on the message string passed to drupal_set_message() in i18nblocks.install.

I don't think that is the right usage for get_t(), so I fixed the issue a different way. Thanks though!
