Simplenews 6.x-1.0-beta3 implements the local task admin/content/newsletters/settings, but support for this path is missing from beta5 (where it would presumably be admin/content/simplenews/settings, since "newsletters" appears to have become "simplenews" in the paths).

All settings are moved to Site configuration to comply with common practice in Drupal. The path is now: admin/settings/simplenews
