Showing status of Application to Job Seeker

Hi,

I am using job search module in my website and its working perfectly.

But still it can be made excellent with extending some facilities like Showing Status of his or her applied jobs in 'My Applications' and providing Employer the option of Accepting or Rejecting Application from "Job Applications".

It will be great if Job Seeker can see that his application is accepted.

When Employer Accept the Application he will be redirected to the Contact of Applicant where he can just write to applicant.
