Hi,

As you know, CivicActions is reviewing and upgrading multiple modules for use on client sites. Here's another patch that fixes some of the problems identified. They're mostly in relation to changes to the form API. Not all are necessary to apply, but some of them are advisable (incl multistep forms, missing &, etc).

Hmm, I guess it's obvious I hadn't gotten to the point of debugging Date Copy yet, some pretty obvious problems were still there :)

Anyway, thanks a bunch, this is all committed.
