1 - Hi, i create Taxonomy categories in creating content.
But the categorie doesn't appear in the node below the new item like the default drupal theme.
2- Page title doesn't change anymore with Acquia Marina.
all page only show Site title and Slogan.
In the default drupal theme all page title (in the browser) change and use URL aliasing for description.

For your second question, I'm not exactly sure what you mean, but take a look at the theme's settings page, where you can configure things like the page title to display however you'd like (this is under the SEO settings section).
Theme settings like the ones in in Acquia Marina are a little new to most people, so I understand it can be a bit confusing.
