It would be nice if the administrator is able to add own buttons, like with BUEditor (http://drupal.org/project/bueditor)?

It's on the wish list, we'll do that, but don't expect it in the first release. I intend to keep the plugin simple and lightweight as it is now, but the Drupal module has to be as powerfull as it can be.

I'll close this issue as fixed and leave an open "wish list" issue (#317547: Wish list).
