No shared editing on node/add when "trust editors" is off

I am using the 6.x version and having the same problem. I have no other ACL modules installed. Normal users don't see the "Shared Editing" section on the content creation page unless Trust editors is checked.

Try the 6.x-1.x-dev version. I would also advising appying the patch in #372138: Editor/viewer lists cleared after an editor save changes. This combination is working well for me.

This appears to be covered by other issues.
