It seems the got broken in rc4. Now, the item is created in the wrong level, I think always one level up from the one selected. The dialog field for creating the new term is opened in the wrong level already, so it is not a case of saving to the wrong level.

It works correctly in the root leve, but it indeed fails at the second level.
