Resizable double-click functionality doesn't work reliably

- Double clicking the resize grip in Firefox does resize the select, but for some reason, Firefox only respects .attr('size', 2), not .height(X). It *does* accept .height(X) while dragging the grip…
- Double clicking again to resize to the default size never works.
