Fivestar breaks Comment post redirection after preview

Hi,

I've noticed a problem when using Fivestar when posting comments (Not the fivestar comment module - which is switched off)

1) Switch on Fivestar and set to clickable widget for both 'teaser' and 'node' on your content-type
2) Switch on Comments in your content-type
3) Create a Node using the content-type
4) Then click 'add comment', add text and click preview
5) You'll notice that the Fivestar widget is clickable
6) Post the comment and you end up back on the Comment Form and not the Node.

When the Fivestar widget is 'clickable' in the comment preview it overrides/lose the redirection back to the Node.

I'm stumped as to how to fix it. But the widget needs to be unset or made static in the Comment Preview.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
