Theme needed

I have tried to use some of the current themes but I have yet to find one that will actually works as advertized.
I just upgraded to drupal 6.5
I need a theme for a travel/real estate site I am building for myself. Three column. Horizontal links along the top under the header. verticlal nave to left side etc. Much like a news site....usatoday or foxnews.
Like the "ability" theme that does not work in 6x (even though it sais it does)
Can anyone recommend a theme that will work with 6.5 and is suited for a proffesional type layout.

How about NoProb?
The screenshot shows two columns, but three columns will work as well. The theme also supports nested primary links, displaying them as drop-down menus.
