My beta testers had not commented about errors yet with me (I couldn't talk to them, though), but I'm getting these warnings from watchdog (I believe it happens during they fill a form):

array_keys() [function.array-keys]: The first argument should be an array em /home/x/sites/all/modules/hierarchical_select/modules/hs_taxonomy.module in line 388.
