FCK editor toolbar has few options, plz help?!

leighli - October 12, 2008 - 03:29

I have successfully installed and configured the FCK WYSIWYG editor to work with my Drupal 6 site.

However, no matter what toolbar set I choose, I still only get the same few options in the toolbar, italic, indent, lists etc, it won't change for me??!!
I need to have tables in there, and I'm also trying to set up file and image uploads to no avail..

Could anyone suggest what I may be missing?

Or any links to articles would be helpful please?

I get the feeling this is something realllly simple that I just can't see! The only information I can find re-enforces what I have already done in the drupal filtered html section and fck editor config! any help most appreciated!!!

Thank you soo much! I always clear my browser cache, but I didn't realise there was a drupal system cache. This appears to have done the trick.

file upload with fck?

leighli - October 14, 2008 - 09:51

I have image uploads working through fck, is there a way to do file uploads too? (ie: pdfs etc)
The config.php file lists all the types I'd like to upload, including pdfs, but through the image upload interface I cannot do this.

Is there an option i need to add to the fck js to have a "file" option appear on my fck toolbar? at the moment it just has image and flash options.
Thanking you in advance, I am very new to this all and am doing a lot of fumbling around.
