Fivestar needs to clear the CSS cache when the current set of stars has been changed at admin/settings/fivestar. Currently if CSS aggregation is turned on, the new stars don't take effect until the cache is cleared manually.

Fixed with attached patch. This should only have effect when using a color-enabled set of stars, since non-colored stars will actually use a different file location entirely and shouldn't change.
