Links not clickable with JS

When I have javascript turned on, the links that are inside expandable terms are not clickable - the mouseover displays the correct URL, but clicking doesn't do anything. This applies for terms with zero and non-zero nodes in them.
(Nested expandable terms expand though)

When I turn JS off, all the links function as expected.

Tested in FF 3
