Fixes a bug where input filters were causing tags to be filtered out.
Does this by introducing an option to select which input filter to use. You can configure a new input filter to include the tags you want to see.

- fix for "error - cannot redeclare class SimplePie". This bug is encountered if you are using SimplePie in another module (FeedAPI, for example)
New Features:
- Added "reset to defaults" feature in block configuration. Handy if you messed up your template configs or if you just want to start fresh
- Added ability to enter the XML address for Calendar ID and Private ID and have just the ID be parsed out of it.
