By installing a drupal site in a subdirectory the layout won't render correctly because layout.css isn't loaded.

The full explanation and what I think is a fix is attached, I wasn't able to submit it here as I'm getting "request terminated becaue of suspecious input data" or something similar.

I guess it should be after
print $head
so we won't override the user styles.
