Getting errors - Unsupported encoding 'ISO-8859-1'. Please install iconv, GNU recode or mbstring for PHP.

I'm in 4.6.3

I get titles, but no content.

I've looked around it seems to me that this has been an issue that was thought fixed in MH or in 4.6.0, but I've only just set Mailhandler (with Listhandler) up and this is what i'm getting.

As to iconv, GNU recode and mbstring for PHP - are these things I need to ask my host to do for me (like I had to ask them to turn IMAP on to make mailhandler work at all?)

Yes, you need to ask your host to install one of these three php libraries.

Exact same problem description, but I am NOT getting errors. Working perfectly with text-only webmail or rich-text disabled Outlook. Could it still be that my host (yes, shared) doesn't have one of those php libraries installed? I have submitted a request with them, but the likelihood of a reply... well, I'm sure we're all familiar with this.
