When I have the module installed, I get intermittent problems with navigation (NOT Flir links). When I click on regular links in the site, occassionally it gives a message that its trying to download the link! So if the link is mysite.com/thispage, then the site is trying to download "thispage".

I have never seen anything like this in Drupal before - any ideas what could be causing it?

...wow.. never heard that one before. I'm not sure what would be causing that. Have you tried different browsers?

I checked on the FLIR forum, and they suggested it was possibly a FF bug with an add-on... trying to narrow it down as to which one... but its annoying as hell. Just about every page does it the first time I click a link...

What could be doing this?

No clue...i've never heard of this issue with Flir and never experienced anything like what you are referring to. sry :\
