when mass importing, the php mimetype extention isn't used propery. _acidfree_finfo_file will always return 'no_finfo'.

very simple fix. just had two swap the order of two pieces of code.

not sure if this matters (i think it does matter), but the bug description was referring to mass importing via local server directory. just fyi.
