On line 163 of theme.inc, can we please add the title="'. $vars['label'] .'" tag? This way the users can see a description of the kudo they are about to give. The alt tag doesn't work on all browsers for some reason.

This has been added, and will be pushed with the next release.

This being a theme function, you do also have the ability to override it in the template.php of your theme.
