Add 'remove' button to Category Term translations

In categories, when we remove a translation from a term e.g. Hello (en) and unselect ciao (IT)... this removes 'trid' and 'lang' flags in term_data. However, the 'vid' still remains in place, so Drupal still sees these as relevant and active vocabularies/terms. This means the unlinked translation will still show up in menu's, blocks, forms.

It would be useful to have a button which can remove the translation from that vid. Otherwise the admin has to go into the db and manually set vid to 0.
