The first development version of phpEdu LMS for Drupal 6.x is now available for download. As this is work in progress, test data is also available to ease installation and setup. Please note that no upgrade paths will be provided until a beta version is released as a Drupal installation profile. Further details are available on the project page and phpEdu homepage

So is this Moodle for Drupal? Yes, as they're both LMS or CMS solutions. So is this Moodle for Drupal? No, I wouldn't say that in exactly the same words:-)
