The Dutch translation of Pathauto did not correctly show the node types. In the translation '%nodetypename' is used, while the original translation uses '@node_type'. I changed this in the attached file, together with some other translations. I will try to translate the remaining part of this module at a later time.

Despite the fact that the translation is not complete and I have some remarks I have committed the translation because it replaces many incorrect fuzzy translations which might lead to errors or at least to confusion.
Please find my remarks below (in Dutch).
* Let op samengestelde woorden: pad-alias i.p.v. pad alias en bulk-update i.p.v. bulk update
* Kleine letter i.p.v. klein kapitaal.
* Graag een ander woord of omschrijving van 'Translitereer'
* 'Patronen vervangen' i.p.v. 'Vervang patronen'. Zie ook de Aanwijzingen bij het vertalen

I found the tips by drupal.be about the translations, I'll use them for future translations. On the other hand I found out there is a translation server (at Krimson) for the Dutch translation, so I'm not sure what the preferred method for translating Drupal would be when looking at the way of contributing to the community.

the translation server is currently not maintained. Is was used to translate Drupal 6 core, but the server, the source strings and translations have not been updated since.
The way to do it is (still) as described at drupal.be.

Could you please re-work your translation? It would be much appreciated.

Thanks,

I have had the same problem wit pathauto in drupal 5. But with your translation it is solved now.

In the meantime the translation has been further improved by yoroy and seutje, therefor I close this issue.

For anyone interested, use the nl.po in the dev version for the current 6.x-1.1 release.
