We had a site that used this module. RSS feeds did not need these links (and cause a problem that they hand them, we needed to point them somewhere else.)

Here is a patch that adds an option for turning on/off RSS feeds links seperately.

This feature has been added to both the 5.x-1.x-dev and 6.x-3.x-dev branches.
