Accessing property with dollar sign in theme.inc

I cannot replicate the error. But if I set the View Type to 'Browsable' I get the following:

[04-Nov-2008 15:57:09] PHP Fatal error: Cannot access empty property in /Applications/MAMP/htdocs/drupal-5.11/sites/all/modules/vocabindex/vocabindex.theme.inc on line 67

The other two types seem to work fine.

Thanks to agentrickard for reporting this bug. I confirmed this bug was only present in 5.x-2.x-dev and not in the other branches.

Fixed and committed to 5.x-2.x-dev.
