French translation

Hello,

Here's the French translation for the 5.x-1.2 version.

The creation of the .pot file prompted me to make some changes on how the descriptions were handled in the form, explicitly passing the strings directly to the t() functions rather than through variables. A patch applying these changes is also provided.
