"Dates to omit from the list of repeating dates" - because the verbiage is plural, I thought I could insert more than one date. I can type a date, but as soon as I try to use a separator I get the pop up calendar and can change the date, but not add another. I did not see an option to specify the input type for this field explicitly.
I am using the dev version after research around items repeating in the calendar (to solve that issue)

stevryn commentedIf you go ahead and save the node, then go back, you can add more. I noticed this too but not sure how to fix it.

BrianKlinger commentedThat is not the case with my version (dev version). I save the date, then go back, my "except" date is still there, and trying to add "another" simply overrides the one that was already there.

Anonymous (not verified) commentedI have 6.x-2.0-rc6 which does indeed add a new "Except" field on each Save, but most other fields where multiple values are allowed have a "Add New Value" button which does not require a full Save operation. This would be a preferable style of operation if possible.

You can also get an additinal exception field by previewing the node before saving it.
As has been noted here, it is possible, but the UI could be improved.
If you want to request this feature, let's just make a new issue instead of adding it to this one.
