Trouble Ticketing system and adding new fields.

Hi.
I'm trying to start trouble ticketing system. But i got one question. How i can remove/hide fields from 'add ticket form'. I know that i have to search in source code but i tried this and unfortunetrly didn't find anything helpful. Could anyone told me how to do this, or maybe a small hint?

you need to explain about how you are designing this?
are you using the CCK.module and it's addons to create the content type that is the ticketing system?

I'm using this module -> http://drupal.org/project/ticketing But i want to hide a few fields in the add ticket form (for example the Affected field). or if this is too complicated i want to lock the start date field that nobody can edit it.
