I upgraded to 3.0 beta, and we're having a flood from an IP address. I marked some of the comments as spam, could see it in the blocked IPs (/admin/logs/spam/blocked_ip), and then seemingly after I deleted the spam comments, the IP was un-blocked.

Thanks for any clues.
