Did you try any troubleshooting at all?
You should have your host server set up so the 'from' and 'reply-to' address are the same, and are sent from the correct relay (from the domain it says it's from), otherwise automated emails have a high chance of being flagged as spam.
This is to be done at your host configuration, so if you need help you'll need to check with your sysadmin. In the meantime, check the email headers of the mails that are being sent.
