What is the best module for newsletter/mailing list, download and related content

Hi,

I am searching for over 2 days and wondering what is the best module for:

Newsletter - work with drupal v6.x
Download - enable to redirect to another page when clicking the download link
Related content - I have browse the modules section of this site but can not locate version 6.x
