I'm using using Garland as my Administration theme and a custom theme for the rest of the site. When I go to add a new weblinks group the page is rendered in the custom theme instead of the Admin theme. All of the other weblinks admin pages use the Administration theme.

peacog commentedHello again. Can anyone confirm that this is actually a bug, and not just a problem with my own installation? Thanks.
nancydruI can confirm that it happens; I will not necessarily agree that it is a bug. However, I can see where some people might want it changed. At the moment both developers are very busy, and I don't know yet how to switch to the admin theme.

peacog commentedIt feels like a bug to me because I'm in a slightly unusual situation. I'm in the process of migrating a site bit by bit to Drupal, so my main theme doesn't actully include the navigation menu. When I'm administering my weblinks and go to add a group it suddenly jumps out of the admin theme and I no longer feel I am in admin mode. I don't mind this so much myself, but the ultimate end user is going to be the website owner who wants to administer her own links. She's non-techy and I know will be thrown when this happens.
Anyway, I just thought I should explain my experience of it. Hopefully one of the developers will get a chance to look at this soon. Thanks.

nancydruI understand your requirement. Whether we call it a bug or not is irrelevant. We will fix this when we have time.
I am assuming that means from the overview page. You may also add a group from the main page, from which going into the admin theme might seem equally disruptive for those of us who rarely use the overview page.
