I got questions about sending email. Is there any chance to set the ticketing module to send an email notification to a ticket administrator or to a given email when an employee add a ticket?

Yes, you can!

Go to http://www.yoursite.com/admin/ticketing/group/, if you haven't got a group, you can create and edit them. On top of the edit form you choose the "set e-mail" tab and add e-mails to the list.

This is the magic.

I close the issue, because the user is inactive.
