i18N Breaks anchor links

Hi,

I noticed that after I installed the i18n (5.x-3.x-dev) module to my site, all the anchor links in the content were also changed to include the language prefix. The anchors aren't really links which should be converted. They are anchors inside links.

Right now, the links with anchors look like "en/node/xx#en/anchor". Instead they should be "en/node/xx#anchor". So, all the references are now broken, because they refer to anchors without the language prefix.
