Description
We were excluding only the fields from the registration form but not the groups of fields.

It was so easy... I feel a little bit of shame of not be able to resolve it...

This patch does enable me to hide groups, but I am not able to hide any fields that are within groups.
See #339184: Fields of a fieldgroup can't be hidden.

I'm not sure that this is something that should be done in AAR. I'm not touching the display of these fields so if they are showing when they shouldn't be then it is an issue for either cck or content_profile.
