Change to Node Taxonomy Notifications Module

I would like an estimate for changing this module please:

This module allows a user to create a node and assign taxonomy terms to it. Notifications (e.g. by email) are then sent to the user when new nodes are created with the same taxonomy terms.

The change is this:

The module will currently send notifications if new nodes are created which have ANY taxonomy terms which match the user's node. I would only like notifications sent where ALL terms are matched (i.e. I want AND not OR).

e.g.
TYPE: magazine, book, ebook
GENRE: art, horror, fiction

If the user creates a node with BOOK and ART then they want notitifcations for ART BOOKS - not all BOOKS and all ART.

I have four separate vocabularies, some of which allow multiple terms.

I would be happy for any work I pay for to be contributed back to the Drupal community
