It would be very beneficial to be able to forward a particular node to a group of registered users for example. I am primarily looking at this functionality from the administrative side where I would like to forward to a specific group of people. As a power user, I'm able to select from pre-existing group or a list of pre-existing users and forward the content instead of manually inserting individual e-mail addresses.

I think this would be better done using the newsletter module or something similar. Forward isn't really designed to do that.

@seanr :I think Forward is designed to bea ble to send a node to someone(s) so why limit to non-drupal users ? I think it would be great to be able to add drupal-users to the recipient list
