internationalization doesn't apply input filters properly on translatable text fields

CCK field's of translatable text type won't apply filters due to a typo in the field_formatter hook. This patch fixes that. It also comments out some of the remaining debug text also noted in #210368: ttext_field_formatter showing for all users.
