Hi ..how does library module plays together with the above modules. I'm not Librarian ...still learning the terms
I can see that library is a process where users can borrow books, where the those modules a how you put informations as per MARC standard.

Getting somewhere ..
Biblio add all sort of additional field a book, magazines or many other types with many other fields. Different type with different fields.
Biblio created a content type in which you can enable Library. Then both are working together. When you add Bilblio you can see library function there. When viewing detail book/items of Biblio you can see how many item are available/not available and you can check out or check in (to return).

Now I'm finding away to better customize this. displaying books/items with book images, summary/abstact (from biblio) and it's availability status via Views. Ideas how this can be better done?

That's essentially how I envisioned Biblio working with Library. Unfortunately, Biblio creates it's own content type, so aside from allowing any content type to be part of the 'library', I didn't build in any specific integration.
