includes/theme.inc was not yet committed

Hi,

I wanted to test the new 6.x release of hierarchical select.

Just after enabling the module, I get the following error :

warning: include_once(sites/all/modules/hierarchical_select/includes/theme.inc) [function.include-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in drupal6\includes\theme.inc on line 283.

There is no theme.inc in the include folder of the release, maybe this is the issue.
