I had this error http://drupal.org/node/34078 and thought it was solved.
But uploading the profile module from 4.6.3 to the server causes internal 500 server error when I try to enter the modules section. Removing the profiles module from the server fixes this bug.
Also adding new vocabulary causes the error. But deleting the added vocabulary restores the server to normal through phpmyadmin.
And adding new modules like epublish causes the same internal 500 error.
The bug started after I installed the results.module http://drupal.org/node/32269
Removing a theme_editor.module module fixed it.
I´m at a dead end...
Thanks for any input.
I´m using drupal 4.6.3.
Could this be related to using standard drupal setup for 2 databases whilst the server only has one ?

jjeff commentedIs this a bug report for Taxonomy Defaults module? I scanned the forum postings that you posted and they do not seem to mention this module. I am assuming that this issue was misposted. If I am incorrect, please create a new issue with more specifics.
I am setting this issue to closed.
