delete the line /var/www/html/drupal6/sites/all/modules/addresses/addresses_cck/addresses_cck.module on line 182
It's only debug info, probably left over due to it being an ALPHA RELEASE!
However, it's sorta a useful bug report :-}

Yes, i confirm that dman solution whas good for me too .

Waiting for the new version that i hope to solve the bug of displaying the addresses fields on nodes.
