Cannot access Admin pages after install

After installing I keep getting a page not found when trying to access /admin/. I deleted the kudos folder via fTP and gained access back to admin section of my site.

Were there any errors in the error log? watchdog?
What OS are you running?

Thank you for responding.
I see you have a new build released on 2008-Dec-15. I will give that a try and see how it goes and respond. I removed the module since I had the initial issue. I'm on Apache/2.2.9 (Unix).

Needed additional info as i was not able to duplicate
